This was a really odd pack.
The contents:
Hmmm, something doesn’t look right. This was supposed to have 4 cards. This isn’t starting off well.
TC145 - Devin Hester: They say Hester is the most electrifying special teams player around. I say it’s Cleveland’s Josh Cribbs. Let’s agree to disagree there.
TC52 - Postseason Highlights - Saints make NFC championship game for the first time in franchise history.: I hate these cards. It’s total garbage and I wish it was never born. What a waste. Hopefully the next one is better…
And that’s it. No more cards. Just those two fantastically disappointing cards. A four card pack that has two cards and a “Students: Work Hard, Get Cards” insert throwaway. What a major rip.
To recap:
Pack: 2007 - Topps Chrome Football
Cost: $3.99
Pulls
TC145 - Devin Hester
TC52 - Postseason Highlights - Saints make NFC championship game for the first time in franchise history.
Verdict: Ripped off! This pack is already in the running for worst bust of 2008!

That really stinks. Sorry about your luck.

@Brandon - Thanks for the condolences. I really thought I had hit something huge when I saw there were only 2 cards. Boy was I wrong.

Yuck. It’s bad enough getting shorted in a pack, but to be missing half the cards is terrible! I boycotted this stuff after Topps “accidentally” inserted Michael Vick cards in packs. Maybe they pulled some Vick cards from your pack and forgot to replace them

@dayf - I wasn’t aware of the no Vick card shenanigans. That’s not cool.

Wow, did you contact Topps. I have opened a 2008 Press Pass with Three bad cards in them this year, Should have had 4 cards. Then again I bought a Fat pack of 2007 Ultra Which you never get anything good and it had a Calvin Johnson Lucky 13 in it.

Nice CJ hit! I didn’t bother contacting Topps. If it had been a little more serious (like a promised hit in a box) I would have said something, but this wasn’t worth it.
